Alteration Policy We will happily make minor adjustments as needed , or these can be done by your seamstress. It is the customer's responsibility to report any fit issues by phone or email immediately. The customer must return the costume to Togatae Designs within 20 days of receiving the product. Any claims received after 20 days will result in an alteration fee. The costume must be returned clean and in good condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
